While being on the hike, where do I find a toilet?

Due to the intense farming in the region, as seen on the picture on the left hand side at the Franciscan Capuchin Sisters in Maua, it is not very easy to just 'hop behind a bush'. You can always ask at local restaurants or bars for a toilet. Further you can ask your guide to ask for a 'Choo' for you.
